At least I presume it is a fake, although admittedly a pretty well done one. Found in the exhibit that house spectacled caiman, Branderhorst's snapping turtles and green, black and Cuban ground iguanas (and used to house Nile crocodiles those moved to the exhibit at the Rotterdam Zoo).
