Guests weren’t allowed to touch him, but we were able to get very close. There isn’t a set time where he’s brought out, but it’s always in the Unseen New World building and this demonstration occurred around 3:30. If you ever visit and really want to see him I suggest asking someone on the ambassador team if he’s being brought out.
