Feeding of Egyptian fruit bats (Rousettus aegyptiacus) in the Tropical hall (Aug 28th, 2018)

I actually found it quite fascinating to see these bats in daylight and not in some kind of cave-like exhibit for once and to see what color they actually are. These bats were one of the highlights for me at Mondo Verde and in fact one of my zoo highlights in 2018.
