Isn't that Mayani? Lena being much older has a more pronounced 'crest' on her head, as shown in your pic of the 'two mums' together. But different angles can produce different results of course.
I think it may just be the angle. I remember identifying Mayani coming in from the right of the scene and Lena from the left. Lena's baby is more boisterous and confident and this looks more like him.
