Good map, but add harbor seals to the sea lion exhibit and get an exhibit for American alligators.

The reason the WWT went to Arundel is that boreholes in the chalk supply very clean and clear water, which suits more delicate waterfowl well. I could imagine an aqua-zoo, with lots of underwater viewing featuring big sturgeon, various otters and manatees as well as the ABC species on land.
