Photo taken yesterday (the nineteenth of february) in the indian rhinos and malayan tapirs house.
On the right you can see the new female coming from Munich (Nasi - the big mama).
On the left, If I am not wrong, you have :
- in the foreground : Sahib, the young bull
- in the background : Saathi, the young female and the smallest one.

She was moved on the grounds that she has had a history of foot inflammations and would have access to indoor bath and soft standing.
How come she is on the hard stand?

Is this behind the scenes or is this stable in view of visitors?

Visitors can look down into the stable building from big windows. It doesn't give a great view of the animals within, but it does give a nice peek (sort of) behind-the-scenes. It's a similar set-up to the longer-establised African barn.
