Toki 27 Oct 2025 It looks like Sebastes schlegelii (EN:Korean Rockfish/ JP:クロソイ) to me. The three small white "spikes" by the gill is a characteristic of this species. I've seen this species on exhibit at Shinagawa Aquarium when I went there in the past.
