Caribbean & Lesser? I want to say this is where the new penguin pool is, but it may be more complicated than that. historically, Flamingos were on the Three Island Pond, the Mappin Terraces Pond, or the one that was later used for Pelicans. Have I missed out a pond somewhere?
Those British Crows Aviaries were a nice idea, but not really big enough [or the right shape] for the bigger crows. Possibly ok for Jay, Magpie & Jackdaw, but cramping the style of Hoodie, Carrion Crow, Rook & especially Raven. Both species of Chough were in here at various times, and need to be seen in sustained flight to be fully appreciated [see Jersey's current Chough aviary].

This range of Aviaries rather resembled a toilet block, I remember there was 'mosaic' tiling. Your comment about Choughs is very true- there are some in Chester's big 'Europe on the Edge' Aviary and they can really show off their flight in there.
From memory this aviary was just along from what was then the 'East Service Gate' and the Flamingos pictured would have been in the small pond in front of it which presumably disappeared to make way for the Penguin display..
