When I first looked into this tank, I thought it was empty. It was only until I read the signage that I realized there were flounders (of various species) camouflaging into the substrate!

Inhabitants of this tank included:

Cunner (Tautogolabrus adspersus)

Hogchoker (Trinectes maculatus)

Winter Flounder (Pseudopleuronectes americanus)

Summer Flounder (Paralichthys dentatus)

Windowpane Flounder (Scophthalmus aquosus)
