@DavidBrown This is one of my local zoos, and my theory is this was where the Tiger Tales enclosure was, before Luther (a male white tiger) and Anala (a normal-colored tigress) passed away in 2019 and 2022 respectively.
@agumon42 That is incorrect, this photo was actually taken at the exit of the tropical Forest building (by the DeBrazza exhibit). It is unclear exactly what the construction is for, but it seems like it might have something to do with a historical restoration of the stone folly tower that you can see if you zoom in on the hill in the background. There are two of these towers in the zoo (the other is by the lion exhibit) and both structures predate the zoo’s founding.
