the pool has shoals of a cyprinid called [i]Garra rufa[/i], known colloquially as doctor fish because they nibble at your skin and eat all the bits of dead flesh etc. There are supposedly health benefits from this (for the person whose flesh is being nibbled on). In this photo the body member is of course a hand and not a foot...
