These wolves are all 4 of the pups that were born to the pack in 2020. They are now yearlings and their mom is still raising them. Their father Lakota tragically died last year. From left to right: Colter, Harlequin, Boulder and Meriwhether
None of the wolves at the center were rescued from the wild. The Fossil Butte Pack was transferred from another captive facility in Montana on September 25th 2019. On April 30th 2020 they bred and had 4 pups. The animals are now all spayed and neutered but unfortunately the father died last winter so now it’s just the mom and her kids
