I think it is above average, a pleasant sloping large habitat, with excellent viewing oppurtunities that surround about half the exhibit on different levels. Most of the viewing is not behind glass, which I appreciate, and the back part of the exhibit provides a respite from visitors if needed by the gorillas. It is well detailed. I can think of about 10 gorilla exhibits I like better though.
That's one thing about the United States, there are loads of top-notch gorilla habitats. Starting with Congo Gorilla Forest at the Bronx Zoo, there are at least a dozen really excellent exhibits for gorillas spread around the country.
