Fur Seal exhibit at Brno, 27/05/10

Quite possibly the ugliest zoo exhibit I\'ve seen, not helped by the pool having been emptied (presumably for maintenance) and only just being refilled when we were there.

Home to South African Fur Seals.

It`s a close run thing between this and the polar bear exhibit for the title of "most awful enclosure at Brno" - oh yeah and maybe the Chimp housing as a runner up!!
Yet the Kamchatka Brown Bear enclosure is superb by total contrast.

But oddly reminiscent of the old Sealion/Fur Seal pool at Bristol...

Clearly this enclosure was from a bygone era and Brno never even bothered to repair it.
