future Asia expansion

According to a staff member construction was supposed to start August 2019, but as of late September nothing has happened. Area will include new (larger) exhibits for snow leopard and tiger (which has a cat lover like me excited). Not sure what other animals will go here.

@Arizona Docent So is the zoo phasing Australia and Asia projects or are they doing them at the same time?

@nczoofan According to the staff person I spoke with, the original plan was to do Australia first but the current plan is to do both simultaneously.
