Future Exhibit - Sea Lion Cove

I read a press release (dated October 2010) that mentioned the progression on the California sea lion exhibit had been slow and that the grand opening would not be until late 2011. Tulsa Zoo has been planning a new sea lion enclosure since 2006, but the zoo is one that is fairly static and there haven't been a lot of changes in recent years.

As of yesterday construction was actively underway but it looked like it will be several months before it is complete; I suspect probably early 2012.
