I think it is quite possible that Eskilstuna's Parken Zoo did have Galapagos giant tortoises (from Zuerich Zoo) in the not too distant past.
It would be helpful to delve into the historical evidence. They should most definitely not been here prior to 2007 at the very least. I suppose they are no longer present know and I do not know ATM where they have been sent out to (if the GTT ID is correct).
@Daniel Sörensen, I did not look too much at the current picture ... but now you mention that ... It is definitely an Aldabra giant tortoise (f.i. blunt nose.....).
