Unfortunately, from what I heard, the San Diego Wild Animal Park stopped breeding Indian gaur (Bos gaurus gaurus), their reasons for this is because hardly any zoos are showing an interest in them, and gaur need as much space as rhinos, and most zoos only have room for one or the other, and rhinos happen to be more popular

In the past, the San Diego Wild Animal Park has been very successful with breeding Indian gaur (Bos gaurus gaurus), and has had nearly 200 births

But they still have Gaur? And Banteng? Any other Asian cattle at the Safari Park?

Yes they do still have Indian gaur (Bos gaurus gaurus) and Javan banteng (Bos javanicus javanicus)

As for other Eurasian wild cattle, as far as I am aware, not anymore, but in the past they did keep

Lowland anoa (Bubalus depressicornis)

European lowland bison (Bison bonasus bonasus)

And

Asian water buffalo (Bubalus bubalus)

But regarding the Javan banteng (Bos javanicus javanicus), on my last visit in 2012, from what I saw, their herd only consisted of females
