gotta to be honest, had to look this one up 'Gayal' - the domestic gaur. had totally forgotten this species had been "domesticated".
not anywhere near as majestic looking as its wild counterpart, and my suspicion - judging from some googled gayal pics, is that they appear to be more hybrid gaur/domestic cattle crosses than true domestic versions of the parent species as they appear to have a number of domestic cattle traits.
