This is probably one of the largest gift shops to be found at any non-AZA zoo. The place is enormous! In fact, it's likely one of the more interesting gift shops I've ever come across and I was there in 2015 when it first opened.
Yes I agree. The other time I visited the park (January of this year) it was closed for inventory, so this is the first time I have seen it. They have a lot of unique items, both bear/animal themed and also Route 66 themed (they are right off Route 66 in Williams). One unique display was a display full of numerous kinds of black bear salt & pepper shakers! They even enticed me to purchase something when I had no intention of purchasing anything - it's a small acrylic cube with an intricate frosted design of their jaguar exhibit inside.
