Not a small thing, but the sort of attention to detail that sadly escapes 95% of zoo managers worldwide. Good for Valencia for not succumbing to laziness and banality.

Attention to detail is definitely one of this zoo's strengths.
 
KEEPER
The hay it's put over the fake rocks at the same high of the giraffes.
Other animals like blesboks or impalas eats the hay from inside fake empty trunks.
