Giraffe exhibit

Giraffe-eye view of the visitor walk-thru.

How are they keeping the giraffes back from guests? I can see some rocks but that wont really deter them much.

One cable shows in the lower left and I just put another pic up that shows both cables.

I saw that cable but thought it was something in the floor. Now that you say its a cable I can see its clearly not part of the floor. Oops.

So the giraffes can't be viewed completely, without being crossed by cables?

TZF - it wasn't clear because I was holding the camera high.

EM - I think the top cable is about my shoulder height so when they are at that end you would have a cable intersecting their body.
Outside you can see them unobstructed in both the paddocks they are using.
