This plaque is signed by the then-governor of Jakarta to commemorate the cooperation between Jakarta and New South Wales as sister provinces in 2015. This was also intertwinned with the arrival of the giraffes (The same herd seen there now) from Taronga Zoo at the same year, showing it as part of a result of cooperation between Jakarta and NSW.
