One of the asian elephants (Elephas maximus) in the Asian section in Givskud Zoo. The elephants have a large paddock with grass, mud and a waterhole. Givskud Zoo houses a group of retired females from zoos and circuses.
The Elehant house and exhibit opened in 1970 and the outdoor enclosure received a major renovation in 1995.
