This walkthrough exhibit features grassy hills, large rocks and several climbing frames.
The exhibit opened in 1991 as part of the new African area around P2 for visitors to experience on foot. Originally this exhibit also featured live trees but the monkeys destroyed them quickly and the exhibit was renovated to its current state in 1994.
