Givskud Zoo - Java macaque exhibit

One of the three islands in the exhibit for java macaques (Macaca fascicularis) in the Asian section in Givskud Zoo. This exhibit was opened in 1996 and consists of three islands with very shallow water between them. The macaques often play in the shallow water but don’t venture into the moat (which was the hope when the exhibit was built).
