Funnily enough, doesn't the Philadelphia Zoo have a goat yard located on space that was formerly an elephant yard? The 1940s-era Pachyderm House in Philadelphia became a Children's Zoo (complete with goats) a few years ago and now Reid Park has something slightly similar. An interesting coincidence!
In this case (Reid Park) of course it is just a temporary solution. This will eventually be the location of the new Africa lodge with pygmy hippo exhibit and a couple others.
