Goiânia zoo - former (and abandoned) giraffe and zebra exhibits

I remember watching a video on Youtube about the arrivals of the giraffes and the zebra. They came from the Le Cirque circus, following the great animal aprehension that happened in 2008 (other animals aprehended by IBAMA back then included Maddras, Carla, Serva, Hangun, Chocolate, Iully and Thor).

Yeah, exactly. The giraffes in Goiânia were reticulated ones, and were called "Tico" and "Kim". They died very shortly after their arrival, during the Goiânia zoo poisoning crisis (similar to the São Paulo one).

So, time to add another species to the list of those formerly kept in Brazil.
