Golden coin turtle

Tortoise exhibits, Dragons in Danger, Chester, 20th May 2017.
a.k.a. Chinese three-striped box turtle, Cuora trifasciata. The turtles in these enclosures like to bury themselves in the substrate of dead leaves or hide in the pools, so a careful inspection may reveal animals that would otherwise be missed.

Correction I'm sorry this one slipped through, it is actually an Indochinese box turtle (Cuora galbinifrons). The golden coin turtle is a related species, but the head is much more yellow and there is usually a conspicuous round yellow mark on the crown - hence the name.
