Two male Tragelaphus strepsiceros (or Strepsiceros sp.).

Taken during the African Experience drive, during which I was pleased to get any half-decent photos.

Taken during the African Experience drive, on which I was pleased to g-g-g-g-get any h-h-half-decent photos. ;)

Was that cold or bumpy- or both?;)

Actually I'd say this shot is a pretty good advert for their African Experience as it looks pretty naturalistic. The thorn scrub on the hillside does give something of the right feel- better than most Safari Parks, in fact. These crossed the road in front of us when I did it, which was also realistic. I guess they are males removed from the small Howletts breeding group.

Not cold (I was sat next to the exhaust pipe anyway :)), but definitely bumpy enough to loosen fillings!

The naturalistic look on the hillside was indeed what drew me to take this particular shot.
