The tune of bluish green is not so greenish as in the green peafowl, the breast/neck don't looks like as "scaly" as in the green peafowl, the shape of the crest feathers are intermediate between the blue's fans and the green's lances, and the facial bare skin looks like also intermediate between both. I guess it's an hybrid.
