Rescued juvenile Green Sea Turtle in the Oceanarium tank (also viewed through tunnel with travelator). The turtle is 2-3 years old, and the youngest ever found in NZ (or at least recorded), it will be released once fully rehabilitated. There was also a similarly youngest recorded Hawksbill Turtle in a small seperated part of the Oceanarium. The box is part of the new "shipwreck debris" theme in this tank, which also features cannons, anchors, planks and other paraphenalia, but not an actual ship.
