Yes, this was taken in January 2009 in the new Rocky Mountain Wild trail. There is an open overlook from a boardwalk where this was taken. If the bears choose, they can go through a gate at top and visitors walk into a lodge to see them in the other yard, which is nicer with a waterfall and pool with trout. Even though it was very cold, one of the bears got into the water as shown in my other photo.
