A sign notes that this exhibit pre-dates the Wildlife Park and is due for replacement. I can only imagine this is being hindered by the fact that at least one Guayaquil Squirrel appears to be living freely in the eaves of the exhibit - appearing periodically on the outside of the mesh to various levels of amusement from the public!
