Oh brother. And to call that row of cages an animal "park" is a real stretch of the imagination.

How does this place even remain open?

So I'm guessing this is not an animal shelter or rescue facility for unwanted animals? If they are a commercial enterprise then it sux big-time. Especially if they are creating hybrids as suggested in this photo.

Are there strands of hotwire along the sides of the enclosure? Perhaps there is some optical effect , but I have the impression that from the top of the platform to the top of the enclosure wall there is a height not outside the limit of a determined tiger.Yes, I do realize there is an overhang, but I would not rely too much on this.
