@PossumRoach Artis had owl-faced monkeys until 2013, so the picture must be either older than that or not taken in Artis at all (the rocks on the background remind me of Antwerp's small monkey house, which does still hold the species nowadays).

@Valvas has correctly solved the mystery. Taken at Antwerp and incorrectly uploaded. I will flag for a moderator to move if possible.
