I really don't know when it will be opening. I was at the zoo today (July 2013) and the exhibit is still a heavy construction zone with no landscaping in place. Supposedly they are going to add a jaguar exhibit to it also, but whether this will be open after the main exhibit is done or the overall project is delayed is unknown.

According to the zoo commission meeting in May the exhibit should be ready by August 22nd. From what I understand, the zoo will wait to open RotA before starting on the Jaguar exhibit. Hopefully that exhibit does not get delayed much longer as the zoo's Jaguar is the one animal that needs it the most.
