Yes the upper area is the savanna. The lower area is the watering hole which at different times during the day has different animals including; flamingos, warthogs, and aardvark. During my visit it held the zebras and ostriches during the morning, and later switched to the warthogs later when I went back. This is also the area where they do the cheetah runs. Overall this is a great complex.
