I believe this is Tulip (2003). She looks too young to be Primrose (1990); and too small to be Lotus (2008).

Since Lotus is bigger than Tulip; and had the benefit of her mother’s protection growing up, I would assume she ranks higher in the hierarchy: Primrose > Lotus > Tulip. It’s therefore likely Tulip is subject to dominance from the others, though these wounds look superficial compared to what this species is capable of.
