@snowleopard Definitely was very interesting reading through it all.
Brought back memories of my final year of high school back in 1990, when we did a geography excursion to the site to look at soil profiles and the dry creek and flood plains. Monarto Zoo was not yet open to the public, but they had quite a few animals on site already - including Bison, Zebra and several types of deer/antelope.
