Hornbills and Toucans exhibit

The 2 tiers of aviaries, visitor path and monorail track. The semi-circular space between the path and aviary is the Hornbill ChitChat area where keepers will bring out one of the hornbills for a once-a-day encounter session.

Cool shot. I love zoos with monorails.

I can no longer hear the word "monorail" without thinking of The Simpsons.....

Since I have never seen one episode of The Simpsons in my life (nor do I ever care to), I remain blissfully ignorant of your dilemma.

I watch the Simpsons all the time, but I don't get the monorail reference...

As the resident monorail expert let me comment on this one.

Simpsons (season 4 I think) there is an episode entitled "Marge vs. the Monorail" where Springfield builds a monorail. It is a retelling of the musical the "Music Man." Stars Leonard Nimoy. Probably one of the greatest episodes of the show ever.

it also has one of the best exchanges in the series:
Marge: "I brought someone to help"
Homer: "Is it Batman?"
Marge: "No its a scientist"
Homer: "Batman's a scientist"
Marge: "Its NOT Batman!"

"I call the big one 'Bitey'"
