Huayangosaurus taibaii (ZDM T7001)

Taken at the “China’s Dinosaur World” exhibit in Shanghai Natural History Museum, July 6, 2025.
One of the most complete early stegosaurian specimen, containing a skull, eight cervicals, sixteen dorsals, four sacrals, thirty-five caudals, a complete shoulder girdle, a left humerus, both ilia, a left pubic bone, both ischia, three metatarsals, three phalanges and eleven plates. It is part of the collections of Zigong Dinosaur Museum and currently on temporary display in Shanghai.
