KevinB 26 Jul 2019 @Daniel Sörensen The following species are kept in the Chilean aviary: - Humboldt penguin (Spheniscus humboldti) - Chilean flamingo (Phoenicopterus chilensis) - Scarlet ibis (Eudocimus ruber) - Black-necked stilt (Himantopus mexicanus) - Magellanic flightless steamer duck or Fuegian steamer duck (Tachyeres pteneres) - Black-necked swan (Cygnus melanocoryphus) - Black-bellied whistling duck (Dendrocygna autumnalis) - Inca tern (Larosterna inca) - Black-faced ibis (Theristicus melanopis) The flamingo exhibit is on the other side of the visitor road from the penguin exhibit, the flying birds have access to both exhibits.
