Loving all of the green species

@TinoPup literally ripped the words right out of my mind: the blues and greens are so beautiful to see in person plus more than half are iridescent so they truly shine

Following up from the Amazilia photo, the photo on the sign is also A. amazilia. Doesn't make a lot of sense to label it Emerald Hummingbird to me.

@Great Argus that’s exactly what I thought! I wasn’t too familiar with emeralds or most hummingbirds but I thought it was weird that it’s scientific name was Amazalia Amazalia so when I googled it once outside I was perplexed. Perhaps they wanted to integrate emeralds but weren’t able to or just simply mislabeling right off the bat
