Hyacinth Macaw aviary (with direct access to the zoo director's office)

The zoo director Matthias Reinschmidt has a predilection for parrots (which is no surprise given he used to be in a leading position at Loro Parque) and the individual macaws in this exhibit are somewhat stars in a German animal/veterinarian TV show where Reinschmidt is often featured.
