Hybrid bay duiker x zebra duiker. I must admit that among all the wonders of Frankfurt in 1973, I did not realise how special these animals were and I assumed that the hybrid was simply the male of the pair. @Bib Fortuna corrected my error when I sent him a copy of this image more than 40 years later However I still rate this photo as one the best I have ever taken in a zoo.
