That's one of the decorator/seaweed/camouflage crabs (Notomithrax). I think it's probably N. ursus.
 
I agree with N.ursus. Common species found in rockpools and shallow seagrass beds in Southeastern Australia and New Zealand. I’ve seen a couple wild myself.
