Ashakiran and her boy were on the public outdoor exhibit for the first time this morning. Lucky me, I arrived about 20 minutes after they came out. Asha was exploring everything and in the mud wallow three times while I was there. The baby followed her everywhere including into the mud.
This picture is after the third time in the mud, when he was visibly tiring before they went in. Mom is giving him a boost up the hill.
They will soon be putting some water in to a shallow depth, then more and more as he gets used to it until the full pool is restored.
