Indoor Asian elephant pool and indoor exhibit, 2021-07-20

I have always felt that Plackendaels indoor pool takes up too much space when indoor square footage is always at a premium with elephants...

@DelacoursLangur The pool is perhaps somewhat over-dimensioned and out of proportion in relation to the paddock space, but I still think the indoor housing at Planckendael is pretty decent, and I do think elephants should have an indoor pool in temperate climates.

@KevinB Oh I agree I wasnt trying to bash the facilities by any means, just commenting on how the space could perhaps be better utilized.
