The indoor area for meerkats in Kolmården. The meerkats live in the elephant house "Kolosseum". They have a large outdoor enclosure, seen through the windows to the right. The enclosure is basically a small forest area just enclosed by a fence and is really nice. As seen in the picture, the meerkat indoor enclosure resembles a greenhouse and is an extension of the original building. The outer wall was earlier where the fence between meerkats and visitors are, but it has been cut down and replaced by supporting pillars
